On 1 June 2022, the European Commission asked ACER to submit non-binding framework guidelines setting out clear and objective principles for the development of a Network Code on Demand Response. ACER launched a public consultation between 2 June and 12 August to collect comments from stakeholders.
On 12 August 2022, DSO Entity submitted its input to the proposal, including a joint statement with ENTSO-E on common TSO-DSO messages on the Framework Guidelines on Demand Response.
ACER now has until 1 December 2022 to submit its formal proposal for the Framework Guidelines to the European Commission.
