As announced in the General Assembly from 20 March, we are pleased to inform you that the registration for the written vote on Network Code Demand Response is now open.
Decision to be taken by the written vote:
The General Assembly endorses the decision of the Board of Directors to submit to ACER on 8 May 2024 the proposal of the Network Code on Demand Response (network code based on Article 59(1) point (e) of the Regulation (EU) 2019/943).
You can cast your vote in a window from 30 April to 6 May 2024. The supporting documents will be shared after registration closer to the date.
We kindly refer to the separate mail on the Information Webinar that is arranged on 30 April 2024, from 9:30 to 11:00 (CET). This webinar will inform you on the main content areas of the NCDR, explain the drafting process as well as how the different groups of EU DSO Entity were involved. This webinar will also cover technical details how to perform the written vote.
