Join DSO Entity for the online webinar, “Digital Solutions for Handling Connection Requests”, on 12 November 2025 from 13:30 – 15:00 (CET).
Organised by Task Force Digitalisation of the Energy System (TF DESAP), it will present the key findings of DSO Entity’s recently released report “Digital Solutions for Handling Connection Requests”, exploring how digitalisation and process innovation are transforming the way Distribution System Operators (DSOs) manage connection requests across Europe.
The session will feature insights from the European Commission’s upcoming study on distribution grids, as well as a brief update on the European Grids Package and the Grid Action Plan achievements.
In addition to this, TF DESAP members will present real-world use cases , showcasing innovative digital tools and solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and customer experience.
Through expert’s presentations and practical examples, the webinar will outline opportunities , challenges, and next steps for delivering more transparent, inclusive, and future-ready connection processes across Europe.
